The Presidents Club
The origins of this club in Hoover and Truman, harken back to mark a distinct difference in the act of presidential transitions, from the Bill Clinton/George W. Bush, George W. Bush/ Barack Obama turnovers. Is it fair to mark the common factor, when congressional partisanship also plays a part? Or is it fair to ask if Hoover could change, what change will Romney bring?
